 • Vice President and General Manager of Raymond Industrial Equipment Ltd (RIE) 
until transferred to Johnston. With my team transformed RIE, the only Canadian 
manufacturer of electric forklift trucks and pallet trucks, from traditional 
‘batch’ manufacturing to lot size of one, synchronized continuous flow. RIE was 
first North American forklift manufacturer to be registered ISO 9001 and 14002.
 
 • Vice President Manufacturing Tonka Toys Canada. Started with Tonka as an 
Engineering Manager; promoted to Plant Manager and then Vice President.
